Skin Prophecy offers refunds in the rare occasion when we don’t have the product you ordered on hand.
Order Cancellation
Skin Prophecy issues store credit in the event you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped. When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name and contact information along with your order number. Your credit will be issued to you in the form of a code useable on a future order. Please note that if your order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, in which case, you will have to apply for a Return Authorization.
Exchanges
For Domestic U.S. orders, exchanges will be reviewed and accepted for store credit if goods are returned in original condition. Skin Prophecy does not accept exchanges on International orders.
Please note we can only exchange items for store credit. If you wish to exchange your item for another, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately using your store credit, which will be issued to you in the form of a code.
How To Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order using the form at the bottom of this page to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must have a RA number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- Once an RA is issued to you, the items must be shipped to Skin Prophecy immediately. All packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RA was issued.
- Please send all items you wish to exchange from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
- Write your RA number on the outside of the original box to ship the merchandise to Skin Prophecy.
- All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of defective items or if you received the wrong item). Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Skin Prophecy will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Skin Prophecy Returns location.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
- If your order has been sent to a destination within California, all sales taxes will be credited.
Late Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of your RA request. Returns outside these timeframes are accepted at the discretion of Skin Prophecy. Please note that RA numbers requested after 14 days will also be granted at our discretion.
